Tips bagi orang
tua:
- Latih anak Anda agar mengerti bahwa malam hari adalah waktu untuk tidur, dan siang hari adalah waktu untuk bangun. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengajaknya bermain hanya di siang hari saja, tidak di malam hari.
- Latih bayi Anda agar mengetahui bahwa tempat tidur adalah tempatnya untuk tidur. Letakkan si kecil di tempat tidur saat ia sudah mengantuk, hindari membiarkannya tidur dalam gendongan Anda atau di ruangan lain.
- Lampu utama sebaiknya dimatikan, dan nyalakanlah lampu tidur yang redup.
- Ketika ia terbangun ajari anak untuk tidur kembali. Jangan nyalakan lampu! Tenangkan dengan kata-kata lembut. Selanjutnya tinggalkan ia sendiri untuk kembali tidur. Jika menangis lagi, biarkan dulu 5 menit baru tenangkan lagi. Berikutnya jika kembali menangis tunggu 10 menit. Dan seterusnya hingga 15 menit. Malam berikutnya tambah waktu tunggu 5 menit, yaitu 10 menit, 15 dan 20 menit. Biasanya seorang anak memerlukan waktu hingga 2-3 malam. Jika gagal, hentikan dulu prosedur ini, dan coba lagi setelah 1 bulan (cara ini diperkenalkan oleh Richard Ferber, Boston's Children hospital.)

umar umur setahun 5 bulan
dia tidur awal..dalam kul 7.00 malam kadang2 sebelum 7.00 dh tidur..
tapi ada masanya dia tidur lewat..dulu masa mula2 tak tau
dia main je..
rupa2nya perut dia tak selesa..
dah penat sgt baru dia tido..tp malam2 mesti jaga semula dan merengek tak selesa..even dh BF still tak bole tido..
last2 we find out yg umar sembelit..
punya la riso..sebab tak tau punca..dia buang najisnya keras
kadang2 kami bantu cucuk lubang najis guna yg mcm kita guna kalo sembelit masa bersalin tu..tp x selalu la..kalo dah pam ubat tu terus dia buang najis n tidur..
itu umar la..tak tau pulak zaheen ada masalh tu tak..
