Tips on how you can raise smart kids:
- Introduce classical music especially brogue pieces from the time your baby is in the womb.
- Talk to your kid, even when your baby is still in the womb.
- Mothers, breast-feed your baby.
- Give them a good diet especially fatty fish (omega-3 fat DHA), fruits, vegetables, whole grains and 1 minute eggs.
- Get your kid to sleep early and at regular times.
- Play with your kid.
- Let your child play. Let them have fun.
- Let your kid choose what they want to learn.
- Read books to your kid.
- Visit the library regularly and let your kid have their own collection of books.
- Encourage your child to ask questions and nurture curiosity.
- Build their self-esteem by praising them when they do something right and show them love.
- Encourage kindness and generosity in your kid.
- Get your kid to exercise.
- Concentrate on your kid’s strengths and interests.
- Let your kid make mistakes.
- Do not add stress to your child’s life.
