bahan2:
150g butter (kalau nak lagi sedap..guna Pure butter)
80g icing sugar/kastor sugar
1 biji Egg Yolk(yang kuning je guna,,yang putih leh simpan but masker muka:P haha)
50 g tepung jagung
180 g tepung gandum
80g cornflakes (dikisar kasar/dihancurkan dalam plastik)
cara:
pukul butter dan gula sampai kembang n gebu.masukkan kuning telur dan pukul lagi sampai sebati.pastu masukkan tepung jagung.pukul sebati.masukkan tepung gandum lak.pukul sebati lagi.pastu masukkan cornflakes yang dah dkisar kasar.(start masuk tepung plz remember guna LOW SPEED je ok). simpan doh beskut dalam peti sejuk kejap dalam 20 min.pastu boleh start buat.bentukkan bulat2 guna hujung jari.pastu golekkan dengan cornflakes yang diramas sikit.letak dalam dulang pembakar.bakar suhu 175 selama 10-13 minit. pastikan oven dah dipanaskan sebelum bakar biskut. ok.slamat mencuba!

1 ketul butter,
1 gelas gula castor*
2 gelas tepung naik sendiri
1 kuning telur.
process buat sama saja. *kalau nak tambah coklat chip, gantikan gula castor ke brown sugar (rasanya lebih yummy); dan kalau tambah raisin, sukatan gula cuma 3/4 gelas..kalau tak manis sangat..
